Description
The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped for someone who likes to cook. It measures 32 m² and is designed for one person, but the bed can be unfolded. It is on the 3rd floor and overlooks the courtyard, so it is very quiet.
The lease is for a fixed term of one year, but a new lease can be offered to you under the same conditions at the end of the period. Children and pets are not allowed. Sub-letting and smoking are prohibited.
The price includes rent and charges related to the co-ownership: maintenance of common areas and for private areas, water and heating. It does not include private expenses not managed collectively (electricity, Netflix, internet...) or personal taxes related to your registration (Anmeldung) in the accommodation.
